Product Description
Cylinder Block
Utilizes high-strength alloy casting technology, significantly enhancing
structural rigidity and effectively reducing operational vibration and noise.
Fuel System
Equipped with the Camsler fuel system, featuring low-pressure fuel supply,
simplified piping, and low failure rates. Both supply and return lines are
fitted with check valves to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Lubrication System
A high-capacity gear pump supplies pressurized lubricating oil to bearings and
cools the pistons. An oil cooler, full-flow filter, and bypass filter maintain
optimal oil condition, ensuring reliable engine performance.
Cooling System
Incorporates a gear-driven centrifugal water pump for forced water cooling. The
high-flow water passage design ensures efficient cooling, while a rotary water
filter effectively prevents rust, cavitation, controls coolant acidity, and
removes impurities.
Intake & Exhaust System
Features an advanced Holset exhaust turbocharger to ensure sufficient air
intake, effectively reduce exhaust temperature, and improve emission
performance. A pressure pulse exhaust manifold fully utilizes exhaust energy,
enhancing engine efficiency under low loads.
Electrical System
Includes a 24V electric starter motor and a 35A AC generator. The controller
adopts the CS EFC electronic governor, providing high control accuracy and fast
response speed.
